Many people who are involved in SEO etc found great results with Caffeine and saw their sites having greater serps than the current search engine. It's designed to kick out those spammy sites and spammy link builders who've earned higher SERPs through black-hat tactics or spammy link-building strategies and it will benefit those more who've always worked very hard on their SEO strategies and remained White-Hat. I am not an expert but these are my views after spending some time on marketing forums where the discussion was going on Google Caffeine.
