“Friend or Follow” is a great idea. I’m sure there’s a lot of “dead weight” on my Twitter feed. I know there’s hundreds of people that I follow who I’ve never had one interaction with.

However, I rarely ever follow someone back just because they followed me. I’m much more likely to follow someone back once they’ve interacted with me.

We have been using Twitter for some time now and the only utility we knew were the basic ones. You have highlighted these applications and the potential use to which Twitter can be put to.
We can only exclaim that your curiosity has survived formal education!
